What we collect

When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your company name and role (optional fields)
  • Your message content
  • Your stated area of interest

We also collect standard website analytics data (page views, session duration, referral source) via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. This data is aggregated and does not identify individual visitors.

Why we collect it

Contact form data is collected to respond to your inquiry and follow up on potential engagements. We do not sell your information, add you to marketing lists without consent, or share it with third parties except as described below.

Analytics data is used to understand which pages are most useful to visitors and how people find us—so we can improve the site.

What happens after you submit

Your form submission is processed by Formspree and delivered to our team at sales@groshong.software. We aim to respond within 2 business days with a proposed next step.

We do not automatically add you to any newsletter or email list. If you agree to receive follow-up communications, we will ask explicitly.

Third-party services

How we protect data

This website does not store personal data on its own servers. Form submissions are handled by Formspree. We do not maintain a customer database from website submissions; inquiries are handled via email.

For data collected or accessed during a client engagement (system integrations, production data access), we follow least-privilege access practices: we request only what is necessary, document every connection, and remove access when the engagement closes.

To request deletion of your contact form submission or ask questions about data handling, email us at sales@groshong.software. We will respond within 5 business days.
